Team Member Criteria
We are currently looking for people who have a passion for the paranormal like we do. If you don't have any prior experience with the paranormal field we are willing to train you. We are looking for people who are willing to do more then just investigate on cases. We need help in historical research, case management and for those who don't feel like they want to participate in the actual investigation, we need you too but all members must be willing to participate in evidence review. Once your application is excepted, a meeting with the team will be scheduled. The founder and Co-Founder has final approval of all applicants. Before submitting an application, please make sure you read the membership criteria. Also, all of our team members are volunteers. (If you have a criminal background other then traffic violations, you need not apply.)
Membership Criteria:
**You must comply with the following criteria to be considered as a possible member of South East Wisconsin Paranormal Investigation Team**
Must have a clean criminal background
Must have a valid and in good standings driver's license
Must be drug free
Must be smoke free during an investigation
Must be alcohol free when investigating
Must be professional while investigating
Must maintain a decent appearance while investigating
Must be willing to follow all protocols and guidelines for meetings/investigations
Must be willing to attend and participate in at least 2 quarterly meetings a year
Must be willing to travel at least 150 miles from home to an investigation
Must wear S.E.W.P.I.T attire to all investigations and events

S.E.W.P.I.T's Team Member Title Description:
Founder/Co-Founder: Team Leaders/Lead Investigators, makes all the final desicions as to what the team will and will not do. (Founder/Co-Founder will not change)
Field Investigator: will travel with the team to do the actual investigating of the location, including helping set up equipment, getting base line readings, participating in asking questions from the possible spirit(s) during the investigation and taking down and packing up equipment, and reviewing evidence.
Tech Manager: is responsible for all the equipment being used during an investigation, as well as, the equipment being returned to proper places, making sure it is working properly, directing where equipment needs to be placed, and training new investigators how to use the equipment.
Case Mediator: is in charge of setting up the investigations once a client contacts the team. The case mediator also looks for possible locations to investigate and makes contact with the owner of the location. (available)
Historian/Researcher: does research on the property and the history of the location after the initial investigation has been completed and documents the reported activity at the location during the onsite interview with the client. (available)
Medium: goes into the location with no prior knowledge of the location or it's history of activity. Tries to pick up on any spirits present and reports back to the lead investigators the findings of the walk threw of the location. (available)
Auxiliary Investigators: team members fill in when field investigators are unable to attend investigations. They are also used during team evidence review. This position is for members who are unable to commit to the same amount of time to the team as a field investigator can, due to family, work or other life-altering obligations. (available)
