To get started, simply submit an investigation request. One of our investigators will contact you to discuss your experiences and ask a few questions to better understand the reported activity. This initial conversation helps us determine whether a formal investigation is appropriate.

If an investigation is warranted, we will schedule a convenient day and time to conduct an initial walkthrough of your home, business or location. During the walkthrough, our team will gather background information, assess the environment, and discuss any areas of concern.

Following the walkthrough, we schedule a full investigation. Our team will collect and carefully document data using a variety of investigative techniques and equipment while working to rule out natural explanations whenever possible.

Once all evidence has been reviewed and analyzed, we will meet with you to discuss our findings, answer your questions, and provide our conclusions and recommendations.
